Donellus · software for small firms on Clio and ChatGPT
Each day, Donellus compares your saved Clio time with your calendar, email and files, in your firm’s ChatGPT, and lists work that may be missing. You say how long each item took. Nothing is saved to Clio until you approve it.
Why time goes missing
You bill your own time, run billing, and chase everyone else’s entries. Time often gets entered at night or at month-end, from memory. A quick call or a contract read between meetings is easy to leave out, and finished flat-fee work can sit without an invoice.
Donellus makes the check a daily habit, inside the ChatGPT workspace your firm already uses.
How the daily time review works
Donellus checks your saved Clio time against your connected calendar, email and files, and lists work that may be missing.
For each item, it asks how long it took. It never guesses your minutes.
You approve each entry. Donellus checks the matter, the rate and duplicates before it saves to Clio.
Sample day (fictional firm)
An hour reviewing a contract and half an hour on a client call never made it into Clio. The daily time review asks how long each took. The lawyer confirms 60 and 30 minutes and approves both entries. My time then shows 90 more minutes saved and unbilled. At a sample $400 hourly rate, that is $600 of work the firm can now bill and collect.

15 minutes. We’ll show the review, the approval step and My time on sample data, then talk about whether it fits how your firm records time.
